UMG is currently seeking a highly motivated attorney to join its business and legal affairs department at the regional office in Miami, Florida. This position oversees all business and legal affairs matters across Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities, from reviewing and drafting agreements for recorded music, neighboring rights, digital deals, new business agreements, management agreements, and merchandising agreements, to handling corporate policy rollouts and litigation. The attorney will work closely with the EVP of business and legal affairs, navigating the fast-paced and ever-evolving music industry landscape.
